Job Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join one of our large clients in the healthcare industry. This is a role that will start off on a contract of 2 months with potential extension.

As a HR Assistant in the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process. You will work closely with HR professionals to help source, screen, and onboard top talent, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in creating job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks for candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including document management and data entry.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to pursue a career in HR.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
