We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Human Resources Assistant at our company headquarters in Toronto. Responsibilities include filing and processing paperwork.

- Perform data entry
- Maintain employee files on site, and manage files sent off-site for storage
- File and process paperwork
- Open and sort daily mail
- Assist with distributing name tags and years of service pins
- Perform physical tasks including, but not limited to, bending, stretching, reaching, and stooping
- Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
