We are looking to expand our team with a Flooring Associate that is sales driven and customer service focused for our Kent store at – 37 Confederation Drive, Corner Brook, NL, A2H 0A6

The Flooring associate is an integral part of our back-end operation services. With a focus in customer service, the flooring associate engages and assists customers with suggestive selling for their products and sharing product knowledge along with providing them with exceptional service.

Typical career steps are to move to a specialized role in Project Center Sales or Contractor Sales.

What you will do:?
– Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service
– Work with the Project Center team to deliver customer service
– Operate the applicable computer system (D635) used to process orders?
– Create and build relationships with customers

What you will bring:
– Strong communication, team player, and inter-personal skills
– Sales and customer service?experience is an asset
– Knowledge of Lumber Building Materials is an asset
– Ability to develop comprehensive product knowledge?
– Possess a high level of attention to details?
– Ability to lift 75lbs
– Ability to work days/evening/weekends (rotating shifts)?
– Ability to learn and operate the applicable computer system (D635) used to process orders?
– Grade 12 diploma or equivalent?considered an asset
