Taipei Tech Training Program 2025 in Taiwan (Fully Funded)

Applications are invited to apply for the Taipei Tech Training Program 2025 in Taiwan. All International students can apply for this fully funded exchange program in Taiwan. IELTS is not required for this fully funded five-month training program in Taiwan, and there is no application fee needed. The training program will run from September 2025 to January 2026 and last for five months.

Taipei Tech, officially known as the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), is the site of the fully funded New Taipei Tech Southbound Elite Training Program 2025, a cultural exchange program sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This program’s objective is to increase diplomatic and economic ties with other nations while inviting candidates to learn more about Taiwanese culture. Students will also attend Chinese language classes and courses pertaining to AI and semiconductors during the program.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched the New Southbound Elite Training Program primarily to enhance diplomatic, business, and cultural relations with countries in the South Pacific, Southeast Asia, and South Asia, as well as to make it easier to implement Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy. Through the development of professionals with knowledge and cultural awareness, this initiative seeks to strengthen Taiwan’s collaboration with these nations by empowering them to actively participate in government agencies, corporations, and non-governmental organizations.
