We are actively seeking a Shipping/Reception Attendant to handle the reception and shipment of equipment and materials, as well as warehouse management at the Verreault Shipyard in Les Méchins.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:
- Receive and ship equipment and merchandise;
- Ensure inventory and classification of the equipment in the various warehouses;
- Identify steel plates upon reception;
- Maintain an inventory of the tool containers in the various departments, and make requisitions when necessary;
- Provide counter service to help storekeepers and participate in their training;
- Complete documentation relating to ISO non-conformities (quality control);
- Participate in and support activities of the health, safety, and environmental management system.
Our Ideal Colleague Has
- High School Diploma or other relevant training;
- Forklift truck experience.
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Autonomy, organization and thoroughness;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to work under pressure.
