About The Role
As a Psychologist / Psychological Associate you will work with all ages and play an integral role within our multidisciplinary assessment team. You will oversee and conduct ADHD/Mental Health assessments as well as provide clinical feedback to clients and/or family members. An ideal candidate for this role enjoys collaborating with others, has a progressive and open mindset and is passionate about the work they do.
You will have the opportunity to contribute within a multi-disciplinary environment while still having time to pursue other endeavors— perhaps building a private practice on the side or juggling the demands of family life.
- Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner (Psychologist or Psychological Associate).
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a similar position, including supervisory experience.
- Clinical experience with a wide age range of clients (children, adolescents, and adults) with various mental health presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, well developed problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
- Strong writing skills and comfortable with technology
- Excellent client rapport
- A progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services as it is evolving
Salary
Part-time or Full-time salaried role: $150k pro-rated to the number of days/week committed to.
