We are looking for a Maintenance Worker and/or Resident Handyman. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, ambitious and finishes what they start. WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Paint touch ups, drywall patches, fixing appliances, fixture issues, landscaping, snow clearing, minor cleaning, renovations, execute preventative maintenance program and any issues we may encounter with a tenant’s unit
• You will work closely with our Maintenance Manager
