Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Edmonton, AB. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring productivity targets are met, developing training programs for team members, and maintaining overall employee morale. The Supervisor will also be responsible for helping create and implement strategies to drive growth, and for collaborating with others to ensure visual and customer service expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team and achieving desired results
  • Proven ability to develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly preferred
