- Assist in the smooth running of our offices
- Assist with People and Culture Administration and Initiatives
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Welcoming clients
- Providing refreshments for meetings and clients
- Booking cars and arranging travel
- Managing shipping and receiving
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked kitchen
- Tracking vendor invoices and preparing monthly expense report
- Taking initiative for overall studio efficiencies
- Assisting with employee onboarding, participating in employee engagement initiatives and other People and Culture Administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet software
- 2 years experience in an office environment
- Must work daily in office
